“We had to email our vouchers to crayola to have them honored. We had to stand in line and screenshot each of eight tickets. No one told us how to get it in except the security staff. It was very disorganized and the staff were pretty much over helping children or parents for the day. We could not do wax hands but had to wait for another staff member to come and tell us as the other staff kept their backs turned only attending to who they had right in front of them. Machines for the only two games ate the quarters and there was no one to assist. The…”
