She didn't explain the menu for us after we asked her to help. We purchased a "tour" with everything included gratuity also in advance. $105+ for Christmas dinner 2 people. Samantha our server was fantastic, she was so attentive and refilled our drinks before we got to the bottom of our glasses. There were several choices at Universal City Walk which is the entrance to the park and was very convenient. This card is a must have if you are planning a trip more than a few days in the area.”
