The trips to the car from the security check point because they kept finding something we couldn't take inside. The wait for a table was expected. The disrespect and rudeness of our waitress was not. She didn't explain the menu for us after we asked her to help. We purchased a "tour" with everything included gratuity also in advance. $105+ for Christmas dinner 2 people. “Excellent value menu that I would recommend to anyone visiting Universal as eating inside the parks can be really expensive. No need to book - we just took our printed vouchers with us and turned up when we got hungry. Food here was excellent. We had the 2 course acoustic menu and this consists of a choice of main course, a chocolate brownie and cream and unlimited soft drinks. Samantha our server was fantastic, she was so attentive and refilled our drinks before we got to the bottom of our glasses.
